If only someone at the scene was armed, they could have taken out this guy.

They need more armed civilians to curtail this growing epidemic.

There was some city or county that required all citizens to be packing in public a few years ago. Texas I think.

my dad just said theyve got the shooter alive, he is in a bad way though after attempting to shoot himself or something..

This guy was an armed civilian, as were all the other mass shooters.
