Boys Educated Over Bicyle Transformations
Mr. Huy Phan, police chief in Svay Antor district had educated two school boys who have transformed their bicycles into something that you could barely find in the whole kingdom nation and even greater about the bicycle, they attacked one of them with a homemade police number plate “Police- 1J-7777”.

Well, I wouldn't call it riveting and I don't know what advantages that design offers, buy it's nice to see a couple of kids tinkering with mechanical principles and coming up with a novel design.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

How stupid. Finally get some Khmer kids with a little bit of creativity and they punish them... The license is clearly homemade, should they arrest a kid wearing a police badge and riding a tricycle that says "Police" on the side? Or as mentioned, all the platelets SUVs and Rolls Royces. Good job to the boys I say. Creativity and good mechanically-inclined minds. Had they given this as a school project in the west they would have been given a great grade.

My point exactly. Rich kids get their bicycles out of a box. The idea for these bikes came from thinking outside of the box. I hope to see more such Cambodian ingenuity in the future.

I've heard from good sources that these guys were causing anarchy because local villagers had them confused with the real police and they were seriously impacting on local customs and culture etc. Luckily they have now been re-educated.Bitte_Kein_Lexus wrote:How stupid. Either your statement is tongue in cheek or else those villagers are sleep walkers.
