I meant as an expat, not in Cambodia. And I would only ever mention this in "conversations" with pineapple/trapper/beerinthemorning and whatever other socks as he usually claims to be the only real expat with an insight into how Cambodia functions.

Update: Tanguy Taller was arrested while trying to leave Cambodia through the Bavet border crossing into Vietnam.
Svay Rieng: A Belgian trans-national drug trafficking suspect was detained on October 4, 2018 at the exit point of the Bavet international border checkpoint in Svay Rieng, Cambodia.
If he was traveling on a Belgium passport, he would have had to get a visa for Vietnam. That is possibly how he was picked up.
