Battambang women detained by police for playing cards
13 gamblers detained in Battambang

Battambang: The district police force of Thmar Kol district, Battambang province cracked down on 13 local gamblers (12 females) on 27 February 2018. Police confiscated the playing cards and relevant materials [like money perhaps].
The women were educated about the evils of gambling, and they were made to sign a contract saying they agree to stop playing cards before being released from custody.

Look out all casinos.............. the war on gambling has begun......... right at the bottom and will now work its way up to tuk tuk drivers playing cards AND drinking . Might be a few years to get to shanghiville though
