When was this supposed to have occurred? You're saying someone jumped out of an apartment near Ostra? What was too much? the lady boys schlong? Are you sure you aren't making this up sir? It seems like something that would be all over the Khmer papers.

Did you witness it?
How did you find out about it?
Who knows the barang?
Was he tourist or expat?

A man fell or jumped from his guest house room on the third floor into the street. Not got the exact address yet, but they say...
The incident occurred at 6:30 am on January 16, 2018, at home # 26, 3rd floor, 44, along Street 5 (?) in Phsar Kandal I, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
The victim is believed to be a German man aged 26 or 27 years old. RIP

I sincerely apologize Pieman, I didn't want a picture of course, I just a bit more to the story which has been provided. Just seemed odd at the time that something like that would happen so centrally didn't make it in the news (when I searched). RIP to the young man.

This intimates that he had specific knowledge of where he had been, what he had been doing and why he jumped off a balcony.
No one is saying he has to provide photos but expand on the post to allow us to understand what is going on and what has happened. =@

It only happened this morning, so its not surprising there was nothing earlier.
Found this on the news. It was on St 15, not 136. Very sad.
Phnom Pehn: On January 16 at 6:30 AM this morning, a German man,identified tentatively as 27 year old Chris, was dies immediately by jumping of his 3rd floors room rent on street 15, Kandal Market 1 in Phnom Penh.
According to the local people, the victim has tried to jump from of the build to kill him self since yesterday but people a round has prevented, until then, at 6:30 am this morning the victim has jump again and died immediately.
After the incident, the authority has inspect and examination the cope of the victim and the scene and show that the victim died of suicide of jumping from the building. The body of the victim has taken to Russian Hospital.
Too young to die. Condolences to the family and all those who knew him and will miss him.
