Australian STEVE MORRISH Arrested in Phnom Penh for Breaking Japanese Man's Nose in Drunken Street Fight

Breaking news from Cambodia can be found here. CEO often finds Khmer news and translates it into English for our readers if it is interesting to expats, locals, Cambodians living abroad and anyone who wants to stay informed of the latest local and international news stories about Cambodia and our neighbors in South East Asia. There are many sources for Khmer news articles and they can all be found here in one place. Most of the media comes out of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap or Sihanoukville, but we cover national Cambodian news from all provinces.

Just found the angry twitter feed of Morrish. He has 348 friends, I have 1534. I wonder why he is not more popular.

I think the number of "friends" and followers on social media are absolutely no indication of popularity.

sure- he got a big salary and prolly engaged in some poverty porn along the way while openly mongering.
he is not the lone ranger.
just a footy copper one step ahead of the law.

What is this thing 'freedom of press'?
That's when rich bastards buy lots of newspapers and cable channels and ram their point of view down your throat because they have enough money to enjoy the freedom of owning the press
Ah, so like Rupert Murdoch, then?
