Phnom Penh, Cambodia: A foreigner, Peter Condon from Australia, has been found dead in Happy 11 guest house and nobody noticed until the corpse started to rot

According to Kampuchea Thmey, A foreigner died from heart attack which was caused by a drug overdose.

The owner of the guest house didn’t notice it until his corpse started to rot. He was found dead around 3:15 pm on 15 September 2015, at room 304 on the third floor of Happy 11 guest house. It is located on street 136, village 11, Phsar Kandal 1 commune, Daun Penh district.

Police confirmed that the foreigner, who was found dead in the guest house, is named Peter Condon, male, 43 years old, and from Australian. He was staying at that guest house since 10 September 2015.

According to the source from the guest house, there was a Cambodian woman who was the girlfriend of the foreigner. She came to check him up after she was trying to call him many times but he didn’t pick up the phone. So she came over to the guest house to look for him after her trip from Sihanoukville. She told the manager that the foreigner was staying in room 304 on the third floor.

Therefore, everyone went up to see, but the room was locked from the inside. They knocked the door, but no one answered. Then they looked through the window, unexpectedly they saw him dead on the bed and started to smell. Later on, the owner of the guest house reported it to police.

According to the checking, there was some stuff found in the room which indicated that he was using drugs. 3 packages of white powder, a plastic bottle with the cover pierced and a drinking straw. It’s believed that he was drug overdoes which caused him to die.

After the autopsy, the expert confirmed that he might have died for 2 or 4 days ago from heart attack. Recently the corpse is being kept at Russian hospital.

Impossible. The owner of Happy 11 kicks out anybody who brings a Khmer wife or has dreadlocks because he doesn't want prostitutes or drugs.

But why did someone put their plastic bagged sauce on the stomach of the corpse?

He's the plumpest meth head I've ever seen. More likely heroin or some sort of opiate.
