I thought it was respectable that he seems to just be restraining him, not bashing his head I like I would have wanted to do.

hahahaha, it is funny that some people was worried about the thief. They were afraid that the barang would break the thief arm.kiwiincambodia wrote:I saw that, idiot.Fourkinnel wrote:Near the end, It looked like someone was trying to steal that cops walkie talkie or pick his pocket!
No, According to the video, that person didn't try to take the cop walkie talkie or pick his pocket, but he tried to beat up the thief.
Here is what the cop said at the end of the video ( FUCK, police is here and you still want to beat him).
បើសិនធ្វើចេះ ចេះឲ្យគេកោត បើសិនធ្វើឆោត ឆោតឲ្យគេអាណិត។
If you know a lot, know enough to make them respect you, if you are stupid, be stupid enough so they can pity you.

Watching the video, I was worried some of the Khmer onlookers would attack the foreigner .. nasty barang manhandling a poor little Khmer .. Cambodia is like a circus .. each day brings a different freak show ..
