Vitaly Leydeker was arrested in Miami, Florida for battery/aggravated assault in November 2006 when he was 25 years old, which now makes him 35 years old.

2 years later there was a Vitaly Leydeker arrested in Staten Island, New York for stealing a man's wallet and stabbing him.

This happened in 2008 when the suspect was 27, making him 35 now, matching the age of the Vitaly who has been arrested in Sihanoukville for sending another tourist to the hospital.

"A thief got more than he bargained for when the owner of the car he was trying to break into in Richmond Town caught him, authorities said yesterday. Vitaly Leydeker, 27, tried to snatch a wallet from an unlocked car in a driveway on Center Street, near Moore street, on Friday night when the victim’s wife spotted the break-in, sources said. Her husband rushed out to confront him and they began to wrestle. Leydeker allegedly stabbed the man in the shoulder and took off, but the wounded man chased him to a garage blocks away. Leydeker was charged with assault and possession of stolen property."
