Yep, then I'm 100% sure it was him now. I also thought he went by Gilbert or maybe even Micheal, but it's hard to believe fugitives can be so stupid as to use their real names in passing.

I also think he had a knife on him that he whipped out, but not in a threatening way or anything. He was very well mannered and everyone there seemed to know him.

Again, this was very, very early in the morning, and I left when the sun came up.

The issue I keep raising, but that no one else gives a fuck about, is that the USA and Cambodia have no extradition treaty, and the arrest and forced removal to the USA of fugitive American expats living in Cambodia is of dubious legality.

He was charged in 2013. His initial bail amount was $100,000. It looks like he fled in late 2014 shortly before his trial.
