Jason is a very loved man and has many family and friends that miss him. I feel like this is foul play! It seems many men in this city are dying the same way! Healthy men. Not heroin addicts! Jason was not an addict!

Of course not. Most addicts know what they're doing and do not overdose. What is needed is education for narco tourists. Know that cheap fentanyl flooding in from Chinese manufacturers is hundreds if times as powerful as heroin or morphine and adjust your dose accordingly, people.

Heroin nowadays in PNH is NOT cheap anymore. If you dont have a good connection you'll get ripped! IF that guy was here just a couple of days he was VERY LUCKY if he got good shit,
believe me. It is NOT 2010 Think he was shooting shit (Morph) from the pharmacy!
I used to work as NGO in this field B4, it is also too dangerous (The Heat!) nowadays.\

Totally agree Alex, junk ain't cheap these days. Hence the need to pump it up with fenatnyl. This poor young man was probably a great guy and just lacked the education to safely use. It is 0.5 milligrams these days, not 5 to 10 milligrams which was lethal for him and indeed would be for most drug tourists.
