With that many "rapes" there should be physical evidence of tearing at the point of entry. Sounds like his defense attorney is do a better than expected job. If he did this he should rot in hell, but its sounds like there is a better than even chance he was set up and members of the jury also believe that. I've served on juries and as jury foreman (and also spent 4 years in courts facing 17 different attorneys,) and its not a fun process for all involved. (except the attorneys/judges who make money off the system.)

He's been sentenced, after plea bargaining:

A Vancouver man whose child rape trial ended in a mistrial in May was sentenced Wednesday to nearly two years in prison after he agreed to take a plea deal to reduced charges.

Ian Andrew Heller, 26, previously pleaded guilty in Clark County Superior Court to one count of third-degree child rape and bail jump. The abuse happened sometime between the summer of 2011 and April 2012.

To those who are reading this: My Identity for this forum is not revealed expect to the LAW Enforcement I have made contact with in regards to the information that I had learn "From" Ian Andrew Heller himself.

From my conversations with Mr Heller, the sexual misconduct was unknown to me.
I had learned that he had been in Cambodia, Thailand, San Bernadino Ca. He has Russian Mafia tattoos, and Irish Republican Army tattoos along with three dots on his hand indicating mafia or militia ties.

The conversation with Mr Heller, revealed a highly possible threat to "(National)" Security. One at which I am willing to testify in a court given who I am.
Ian, had spent time in Cambodia, and from his words was water board in Cambodia. How true is this, I can't verify without contact the government in Cambodia. I understand that Ian was in Thailand during the attempted over through of the Thai government before he came to San Bernadino Ca, where I believe he was either released or brought to Vancouver Wa to follow his sentence. One of the things I recall about Mr Heller is that "he deals drugs and does not do them." which is a very serious concern, as my faith in knowledge is that every illegal drug transaction is for some of very bad ethics to gather money for a more serious crime against society.

Another one of his statements is that Ian stated Cambodia officials may have righteous reason to believe that Mr Heller is associated with underground networks to smuggle weapons from Cambodia (Weapons left over from the Vietnam war) to Ukraine. If you look into the report of Ian Heller in the Cambodia News, you will see there is a Russian citizen in the report. A topic of discussion that I have had chance to review is the build up for "beach front property in Cambodia and Thailand, mostly hotels and business, and other parts of South East Asia. A report that I investigated into South East Asia is the prositution and "royalities" (mafia style). Basically in a nutshell, to make the poor wealth class be financial slave by fear of the financially richer class that force work upon those for nothing and make the workers pay dues to the extortion business government.

Mr Heller, also claims to have the capacity to do hacking (to levels I can not verify without seeing the damage myself). Given my close encounter with Mr Heller, I would not take him lightly as he obviously to me knows weapons very well, right down to the grains for various styles of bullets and firing arms. I have had a chance to look at his arm to see the muscular feature which to me indicates possible numerous practice with firearms. His knowledge of weapons is of interest.

Now for his recent apprehension in South Carolina, My belief is that he was attempting to make contact and a marriage with a lady from Eastern Europe. Blonde Lady from Slovikia. Street address 9/11 Pen.........

For all that, he didn't seem connected enough to get out of jail over a basic murder. Could you verify any of this, or is it just his side of the story?
