American Expat Passes Away in Battambang
Battambang, Cambodia News: A 70-year-old US passport holder, DUNN EDWARD WHITE , passed away on April 9, 2019, at 06:02 pm, at his home in Rumcheck 4 village, Battambang city.
According to the autopsy and the specialist police, the deceased died of kidney cancer. With the agreement of the US Embassy, the victim's Cambodian wife took the body to prepare for a traditional funeral. RIP.

Well he's American so they probably took it off his passport in the order its listed.
First is his surname, followed by his given name then middle name.
Cam, I hope you're not winding up to release some criminal record bullshit. The guy is dead and no one cares.

Actually I just saw on another website that his name was Don, not Dunn.
