My first thoughts as well, and if it was due to unknown causes, that is usually stated as well plus some guesses as to what it could have been. I'm guessing they already know at this point and don't want to say anything about it.

When a twentysomething year-old tourist dies in Cambodia, it's often drugs, but it could also be an underlying, undisclosed heart problem.

He wasn't killed by warm weather. Or trees or wind.

We'll know in two and half years and you'll all thank me.

you expect the olds to drop off regularly but it is a real pity to see this happen to such young ones with a life full of promise had they not made a fleeting bad decision.

it is so common, a weekly event.
