The biggest mystery so far is how a man managed to jump from the 20th floor off a building that only has 10 floors. :stir:

Following the trial period, the 10-story hotel will officially open its 400-plus rooms as well as its more than 190 condominiums between November and December, Mr. Kong said.

Construction of the hotel started in May 2007. It sits on 14 hectares of land across the Tonle Sap river from the Royal Palace that was leased to the Sokimex Group for 99 years in February 2007 at a cost of about $5.6 million.

That said, I clearly count more than 10 floors, and it looks like the floors I'm counting have 13 floors, plus space above and below them:

Meh, ok, looks like it probably does have about 20 floors or so.

Police investigating hotel fall as suicide

A US national fell to his death from the roof of Phnom Penh’s Sokha Hotel yesterday, with authorities saying they believe it was a suicide.

Charles Frederick Harris, 66, plunged from the terrace of the Tonle Sap Bar on the 20th floor at about 10am.

American Man Dies After Jumping From Hotel Roof

A 66-year-old American man jumped to his death from the bar on the 20th floor of the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel in Chroy Changva district Monday morning, according to police.

Yoeun Chantha, deputy police chief in Chroy Changva commune, said Charles Frederick Harris, who had been staying at the hotel since October 3, committed suicide at about 10 a.m.
