AeroCambodia CEO Brian Naswall Caught Sexually Abusing Kids

Admittedly I've been here not nearly as long as you have but this is what I recently posted on K440:John Bingham wrote:Sure, but I'm not all that sure that posters who haven't spent so much time here would. A whole lot of people seem to believe that NGOs drive around in Lexus 4WDs. In a decade I've only ever spotted one small Lexus with an ONG plate.

Spotted on the riverside a few weeks ago, a very new looking Lexus LX 570 with blue plates' (apparently I can't copy the facepalm smiley to CEO)
But surely this^ is the exception, not the rule.

Shocking! I bought DVDs from him about 2 or so years ago on Khmer440. We talked over the phone, seemed like a very nice guy; then Winged him $20 and an additional 10000 riel for the transportation cost. 3 days later went to pick it up at Capitol bus station with 3 boxes full of DVDs.
Still have his number. Was planning on a having a beer or 2 with him the next time in PP. One thing I always found strange when I was active over there is that he tend to always delete his posts a day or 2 later.

If they have been there a decade and it still is prolific as suggested in one of those videos then surely there's something wrong somewhere isn't there?

Brian David Naswall, the CEO of Aero Cambodia, was tried by the Phnom Penh Municipal Court yesterday over allegations he sexually assaulted nine under-age girls between 2011 and 2015, according to officials.
Presiding Judge Khy Chhay said the 53-year-old American national was charged by the court’s prosecutor with “purchasing a child for prostitution” under article 34 of the Law on Suppression of Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation.
He said Mr. Naswall assaulted the nine girls, aged from 8-14, in Cambodia in 2011, 2013 and 2015 and was arrested at midnight on May 22, 2015, on Phnom Penh’s Diamond Island.
Mr. Naswall denied the allegations, saying on the night of his arrest, he had brought three Cambodian girls on his motorbike to enjoy the attractions at the DreamLand theme park and was arrested by police while he was waiting for the three girls to use a restroom that night.
“The APLE Organization [A child protection NGO] and police plotted to arrest me. They have managed the girls to follow me and arrest me,” he told the court.
“I do not accept these allegations.”
He added that he was a foreign investor in Cambodia, living here for the last 12 years with a Cambodian wife and six-year-old daughter. He said he had lost business as a result of his arrest and asked the court to release him.
During the trial yesterday, the judges questioned seven mothers of the nine victims, who testified that Mr. Naswall engaged in oral sex with the nine victims, paying them between $1 and $20 on each occasion.
They demanded $3,000-$6,000 each in compensation.
Thong Sokhom, a 50-year-old garbage collector from Daun Penh district’s Chey Chumneas commune, the mother of two of the victims, said at the time the daughters were persuaded to accompany Mr. Naswall to Diamond Island and other attractions around Phnom Penh. She added that every time they arrived home, they both were given $20 by Mr. Naswall.
“My daughters said that the barang (Mr. Naswall) often brought them to visit Koh Pich (Diamond Island) to eat meals with him,” she said.
Sok Voeun, 48, from Daun Penh district, said her 14-year-old daughter also accompanied Mr. Naswall on several occasions over two months, adding that he gave her food and drink and $5-$10 to perform oral sex on him.
“His act was the very worst,” she said.
“To find justice and to protect my daughter’s honor, I would like to ask the court to strongly punish him and demand $3,000 compensation.”
Cham Ratha, 35, mother of two of the victims, said Mr. Naswall stayed in a rental room near her home in Borey Keila 7 Makara district and he always played with her children and gave them food.
She said that on May 18 last year, he invited her two daughters to play in his room in exchange for $1-$1.9. She demanded $3,000 from him.
Mr. Naswall’s trial will continue on June 14.
According to the Law on Suppression of Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation, he could face two to five years in prison if found guilty.
