4th Burger King opening soon

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

If they have an oven in their house and you don't see it, are they still a foreigner?
Schrödinger's oven?
That's just cruel... you put a cat in there? Is it alive?

Precooked patties tend to have a questionable appearance to whether they are indeed beef.
Sick that.

Now to read the rest of the thread...

Picked up a high-end one for $80 the other day (pretty standard price everywhere) but you can get cheaper less frilly models for $35. To buy the gas bottle is about $40, to exchange it for a refill is about $13 delivered. You'll also need the hose and regulator, haven't priced those yet.

Strop, what size gas bottle you talking about there? Are you talking about the green ones that are about knee high, I think they are 15kg?

If so, can you PM or plug the agent please?

I completely mis-read your post - sorry. My info is for a two-burner cooker. We have a $75 electric oven from Home Top that does everything we need. You occasionally see a full sized gas oven advertised on PP Buy and Sell for between $100 and $200, I know nothing about what they cost new.

Your knees might be higher than mine, but my wife relieves me of around $28 to fill our gas bottle. (Slightly above knee height).

Slightly smaller one, about 12kg. The 15's don't fit under some benches so in some instances the smaller one is required.

Paid about $13 for a refill about 4 months ago, delivered, just called the number on the bottle. I'll have a look and see if I can find the business card as the current bottle doesn't have a business sticker on it. Great service, they were around in 15 minutes, discovered I'd asked for the wrong bottle, went away and came back with the right one about 10 minutes later.

Asked a bong on the back of a gas supply truck what a 15kg bottle was going to cost me, he said 'buan dop dollar' and nodded happily when I held up 4 fingers.

Is your experience different?
