That's a bit retarded. A dead guy won't EVER be able to pay you back. Proper shark beatings only hurt a lot, a LOT, and then send you off with threat of another if you don't go find that money somehow.

Ya but the killing sends a message to the others that they pay up or they may be next on the list.

Think they probably do that to the people owing less because not much loss. It the people in extreme debt that the message is for. But you're right, you can't collect from a dead man.
