Stroppy, try this FB link. Dags, I didn't picture you as a surfer!

Looks like you've done a decent job with what little space you had available, I personally couldn't live in a shoebox like that, interested to know what you're asking for selling price?

I'm sure it's a nice place, but I think Dagenham loses credibility when he uses to words to describe St. 5 like "whisper quiet," "best location in the city," "very tranquil" and "no through traffic at all." It's a through street. Cars, trucks and people traverse it and undoubtedly make some noise.

$275 seems like a great deal though regardless.

He can't hear most of the noise, as he's wearing a full-face helmet.

Read carefully...2 different flats....Street 5 is indeed "quiet" it is only 4 blocks long and is NOT a through street and lorries never go on that street as it is small and always cumbersome to deal with....you obviously don't know PP well...whatever...Street 5 speaks for itself...go see for yourself...

OK ,,2 different flats, that explains it.

But as I have lived in '' line of sight '' of these apartment for the last 7 plus years , and listened to the music from many, many, weddings and funerals, [ usually outside the police office ], and the loud speaker system they set up on the corner of st 5 and st 110, on Khmer new Year, you will have a hard job of convincing me it's a ''whisper quiet '' ,, Also look at your map it is NOT 4 blocks long .
