Sihanoukville/Bungalows
Re: Sihanoukville/Bungalows
The latest on these bungalows. One tenant got drunk and left his front door open and someone stole his iphone and electronics. (now barb-wire on top of wall) The landlord is a reserve three stripe cop, so he put on his uniform/gun, tracked the Iphone down and arrested the thief. (got everything back) Now that's a great landlord and brave. Yes, Mr Hout is a standup guy.
Re: Sihanoukville/Bungalows
These bungalows are now full, but he's building 6 more a fast as he can. Those should fill up fast also.
Re: Sihanoukville/Bungalows
Due to Russians fleeing home as the ruble is trashed, my friend that has these nice bungalows says he has a couple vacant.

Re: Sihanoukville/Bungalows
If I was ever to move to Sihanoukville full time these look like the kind of places that I'd like. Not surprised there's strong demand.
Yes sir, I can boogie, I can boogie, boogie, boogie all night long.
