10% when purchase agreement is signed
40% within 1 month.
40% when apply for strata title (ownership cetrtificate)
10% when construction is completed.

Could you tell us about how/who the building will be maintained,? The bodycorp structure. Who will run it,? can they sell it ,? Will the owners of any of the properties have any say in the running of the community items,? like security and when outside security lights don't work, gardens need maintaining etc. Is there a system in place to stop '' bill padding '' by the managers, then handing on the fee to the apartment owners.?
What fees are paid by the apartment owners for maintenance for community items ? [ lifts , lighting ] and who sets those fees.? What happens if a apartment owner does not pay their fees.? Do you take them to court.?
