Room wanted in phnom penh

Hi!

I'm looking for a room in an apartment/house as close to central phnom penh as possible, ideally BKK. I'd like air con and a half decent kitchen but am flexible on both if the price is right. Moto parking is a must though.

I'm 37, English, polite, quiet and pretty boring... if you want a housemate who pretty much lives in his room, I'm your man!

I'm a writer/teacher and new in town having lived in Saigon for the last 3 years, and Singapore for 3 before that.

If you have something I should see could you reply with pics and contact details?

You need to be a bit more specific about the area. there is BKK1, BKK2 and BKK3 and none of them are anywhere near the centre of Phnom Penh, assuming you mean where foreigner entertainment area is. The central area is mostly in Daun Penh.
