PROPERTY HAS: air con, fan, separate bathroom (other rooms each have private bathroom, so only you use and other tenants when doing laundry), balcony, secure space for moto downstairs with full time guard (locked at night), furnished as shown.

Apartment also has wifi, paid either monthly or 3 monthly and is shared 3 ways, cost is $6 a month or $18 every 3 months.

PERIOD: from now! (short term stay, 1 month will be considered).

PRICE: $160/mo, plus electric ($30) +/- $5 contribution to household items (often total is no more than $190). $160 deposit required (negotiable). Rent is currently reduced to $127 per month due to covid 19 for the next 3 months.
