its very easy to shade the terrace with a cheap construction or some on/off sunsails. Loads of space for gardening..a huge plus in the middle of the city?

And one decent storm will have you picking it out of the hotel next door"s pool or mango trees.

Not much use now as it is already rented.
It is on street 320, so north of the the museum. Quite a good location.

Why do you think it is rented? The agent offered to show me the place.
