OK place with 2 bedrooms near Pencil - $300

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

I don't need anyone to help me. I trust only my own guts. Just no shadows, please. If you really wanna know why people deserve that adjective, read the comments under all my posts. I just showed CEO how to be one of those guys.
You ask for "no shadows" whilst at the same time posting inaccurate pictures of properties, inventing a (not too subtle) sock to add to the conversation and admit to being, shall we say, "economical with the truth" to aid sales. @armchairlawyer nailed it above. Expect some resistance to your free advertising.

Another UK gang member. All garbage met here.

I don't commit any immoral act nor hide information. It is all in the ethics of the industry. Using stock photos, using similar photos, hiding definitive information until you sign a contract (most of the landlords don't sell until you bring a client) are common and moral practices. Especially condos are sold without any real photos but the only 3d renders. I explain and send the real photos or missing information when I trust the client. I haven't given anyone misinformation. That would be not just immoral but also will make the client get angry for wasting time and may lead to lost of trust. You guys don't have brains, even when you are together, collectively garbage intelligence. You can't even say something but repeat the same nonsense accusation and start unnecessary polemic.

Alcoholics, unsuccessful capitalism waste products, ignorant but courageous people, posting thousands, tens thousand of comments on forum sites, as if they would know anything, pathetic and damaged minds and psyches. My posts or business can't satisfy the lacking part of your pity lives. You should find a way to get real respect to yourself other than jerking your egos to the posts. It will involve either self-deception (most probably you'd choose this one) or a real attitude to get self-respect.

Nothing is free, my external links and keywords add to CEO to rank up on google with more keywords. Professional visuals and nice ads. Thanks to me and other free posters the dates of listings in two sections of the forum are up-to-date.

My word, seem to have touched a nerve eh? I’m glad you brought nationalities in to the mix. The one bastion that no one has touched until now. I’ll avoid pointing out your idiosyncratic behaviours, for fear of my first forum ban.

Such a shame basta. You should have just let it go, but no, you had to start name calling and insulting our members.

You can't really get away with calling members "alcoholics" with "collectively garbage intelligence", and "unsuccessful capitalism waste products".

I'm sure you will be much more successful on Khmer24.com

Anyway, time to let Thor do his thing.

UT, I can only speak for myself, I found nothing he said insulting or offensive. I merely read them as the ramblings of a misguided and unnecessarily aggressive moron. Which is often great sport to many members. Put the Ban Hammer away and let the guy continue to entertain us please? It was intriguing sport. You’re depriving the UK idiot gang of the only fun we can have during lockdown.

Agreed. beyond.cambodia is adios.
I have been antagonized and attacked with nonsense claims and I am out with the first revenge aimed right criticism?
just curious, has ANYONE from ceo ever inquired about a place from you?
ur integrity is in the crapper
If no one has contacted me, why am I wasting time by posting to the wrong place? Your opinions don't mean anything to me. 12000 posts in 6 years is a sign of what kind of pathetic life you might have. Just talking about everything as if you have knowledge of anything. Just a crapper verbal salad.
usually when someone posts useful info you see some feedback,
have never seen anyone post they contacted you an received a good deal or you were helpful
seems ur wasting ur time.

I have forgotten more than you will ever know

fyi. it appears ur going into meltdown>>> :beer3:

I'd say he did cross the line and merits a ban. Also, bear in mind he is using CEO to boost his search rankings.

Being empathetic, he's probably suffering from a major downturn in business and that has put a dent in his mood. He has moved from Koh Rong to PP, presumably because things were dire over there. He's probably finding it's no better in PP. I note SEAPS has closed both of its sales offices in PP and they operate virtually now.

The other relevant point is that he tolerated the pushback quite well until I started this thread. He then quickly lost his rag. He clearly resented someone else posting rival properties. I suppose when customers are hard to find that is how he thinks. He acted as if he owns the Housing For Rent/Sale part of this forum and tried to intimidate other people from posting on it.

This is exactly how he came across- (his territory, for professionals of his standing alone)

I wonder if Basta can resist the temptation...

It was meant as a joke but it should have rung an alarm bell in your head, Basta.

You seem to have spent a lot of time and effort on your business and good luck to you. But you just became involved in a very unedifying and reputation damaging exchange with just about everyone on this thread. You plumbed to depths that get people banned.

What were you thinking?

Basta, you need a PR guy, urgently.
