Overall plan of the entire plot;

Interior floorplan (with measurements) of both floors;

Pictures, during daylight, of the exterior from the property boundaries and of every aspect (side) of the building;

2 pictures of every room from opposing corners;

GET RID OF THOSE HATEFULL LIGHTS. They are not a selling point;

Install ceilings upstairs with insulation and air conditioning;

Move all unmade beds and hideous furniture from rooms before you take pictures;

Dump that video

Google Maps location.

why shoot it at night???
no air cons,( which is fine ) BUT no screens on the windows...
