Luxury Sea View Residences for Sale in Sihanoukville

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

This is developers’s second residence apartment project in Snooky. The first was CVIC apartments in Sihanoukville. Cvic Finished on time as promised and this is the second one. The construction already began. The owner is partner to Queenco Casino Fitness and Spa and has many businesses in Sihanoukville. Please feel free to ask for meeting to remove the doubts.

Probably the majority of members on this site have no wish to invest (joke) in what will turn out to be one of the largest PRC Chinese ghettos in Asia. The buildings will be sub standard, the plumbing a health hazard and the area a construction site for many years to come. Who wants to live in a construction site?

Now if you started looking around Cambodia for rental properties away from the Chinese and in nice areas (no PRC Chinese) you may have a business.
Some people will consider investment and nice return on investment rate for passive income.
They are totally fair priced considering rental income and future of Sihanoukville. Actually, the prices are low because the construction is not finished.

Nice area where, Phnom Penh? That’s even more expensive than SIhanoukville. $3500 per sq for high end stuff.

But they also say that bubble will pop. They said it in 2017, and 2016 too...

Unfortunately SIhanoukville will be a glitzy mini Macau. Sadly the old days won’t return.

RIP

I do not consider any big town or city nice. For me it is the rural tranquility and real Khmers, not imported Chinese.

Far from being glitzy, SIhanoukville will be an overdeveloped, under resourced ghetto with massive power failures, lack of water and sanitary conditions. Much like any other big town/city in the PRC.

Sadly, I remember it from the 90s when it was a very nice place for a vacation.

I would not be surprised to see it given Special Economic Zone status by the PRC.

That’s all very quaint but you’ll not get a return from a shack in some Cham province.

If you invested in the 90s then you’d be somewhere else. Maybe USA with those white bitches. Yo. (I think that makes sense).

Absolutely no interest in investment property in any country. Invariably the only ones that prosper are the contractors and scam artists (realtors).

My money is in pension plans, stocks and bonds.

Outside of the States or the UK, rental only and certainly not in Chinaville.

Main point was that these apartments are not a 20% return on investment. If they were, the OP would keep quiet and borrow as much money as he could to buy them himself. However, he is just trying to make a buck.

Britain's private pension plans were recognised the best in the world until that thieving bastard Gordon Brown destroyed them.

Looks like an up market version of those UK council tower blocks in the eighties, with a nicer view. I'd advise potential buyers to google Grenfell. :hattip:
