Some geography lessons needed by this agency. Veal Vong is not near Psar Kandal.

Just half an hour walk I guess...

But it's around the corner of Psar Depo.

Off topic, anyone know the price of 1 M3 of tap water if bought directly? 0.70 USD looks steep to me.

It's very close to Psah Dumex. The neighborhood is not too attractive.

When are these agents going to realise that this is a tough crowd where careless mistakes are always spotted and bullshit gets very short shrift.

However, it is always fun watching the show.

Psar Dumex actually runs along side the buildings. 2 blocks to orussei. 5 minute walk to central mkt.
The purchase prices are outrageous. The ground floor is full of empty retail space. Mostly Chinese tenants. Nice pool and gym though.

You do realize that his buyers are primarily mainland Chinese?

Hence the prices, location, and decor?
