Ken the middle man, is there an elevator? Going up and down to the 4th / 5th floor a few times a day in a secure staircase is quite an effort.

Yes , I think people will take it , if the fall in love in the apartment , event there's no staircase . , They're don't need to pay for gym !

lovely looking place, but deffo needs a lift
i'm a fit guy, but 8 flights of stairs in this country can leave you all hot and bothered just as youre going out lol
