Looking for a Condo

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

$ 380 first and deposit 3 month minimum

The apartment is not as big as either of the pools, but includes everything but the sheets and towels.
Be nice to know where and what it's called, it just may help a little.
I can tell from the picture it is way down south, Tolne Bassac area, so of no use to me.
I can tell from the picture it is ....
Well? What can Bozo tell from this pic?

I keep reading how this is a buyer's market with so many empty and available, but I can't find any of these places. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but from where I am sitting, there is a very little available that meet even the most basic criteria and much of it is little more than a joke - junk furniture, 4 cupboards and sink masquerading as a kitchen and other idiotic interior designs.

Can anyone help? Here's the brief:

Location: Riverside, from, (North to South) street 104 down to Naga and inland to Monivong to the west. I would consider north BKK1, but nothing west or north of the other boundaries.

1 or 2 bed, elevator, between $500 to $750 a month.

A pool and gym would be a bonus but not a deal breaker.

Any help gratefully appreciated. In fact, if anyone points me to a place that I take, I'll give you $100.
Any updates on the search Doc?

Nothing yet. I saw a few around BKK1 and none were appealing. Most are very small and have things missing; storage space / kitchen with any work surfaces or cupboards / furniture that you would ever want to sit on. Nothing stood out.

Going out again today to look around Daun Penh.
