looks nice but that is not a 1 bedroom. its a studio apt

Balconey dosen't look wide enough for sitting on in the picture. If you are basing the price on the balconey size it should be much cheaper for what is basically one room and a bathroom.

Agreed it looks like it's only 40-50cm deep. Not deep enough for a door to swing outwards, so I guess it's a concealed sliding door?
