As a Hypochonndriac, I would find those stairs awfully painful and detrimental to my lingering diseases.
On the other hand, it's close to the river and bars.

I was on what was once the roof so there were more than 120 steps. Tough going after a night out especially with a woman over the shoulder.

Re: Fully Ready Flat in Heart of Bar Action
I always request a hotel room on top floor and use the stairs every time. It’s amazing how much my stamina improves after a few weeks.
Looking at the prices of the places posted here makes me wish I was back in Cambodia. I’m in Mexico right now, paying around $500 usd a month for my apartment. It was one of the cheapest I could find, not a bad place, but pretty run down, and I’ve woken up several times to find that there was no running water. It happened again today, and when it finally came back on about 6 hours later, the water coming out of the tap was as black as coal. It cleaned up after I left it running for half an hour.
I often see people here complaining that Cambodia is no longer a cheap place to live, but it’s still dirt cheap compared to Mexico. Better quality for the money too, and the Internet is always faster in Asia.

Thanks to all for your replies. I really wish I had mentioned there would be stairs to get to the third floor. Sorry about that. I will be more forthright next time. If it helps, the stairs have these fancy things called handrails on both sides and nary a drunk has been injured or fallen. It is also not loud from bars across or below as it is on the 3rd floor verses the lucky ones living the good life on the first or second floors.
Again, sorry for not saying the apartment was not in the heart of the action. Some people like that, I guess unlike many of the crowd on here. Could someone please suggest a less wholesome and more suitable site that appeals to such folk?
For those seeking a more comfortable existence with elevators smack dab in the middle of the biggest super house in the world, one could try the Lux on 136 which does long-term room rentals as do many other hotels on 172, 144, 148, Sisowath, etc. I imagine many of these cheaper options would not have kitchens, balconies, washing machines, and lots of space, but what do I know? Just trying to find a like-minded renter who enjoys space and cooking and aircon and hot water and couches and ease of access to local markets, eateries, and the like.
Take care out there and be positive!

Good video.
Lux is tired but a good brekkie (for Cambodia).
