I counted out loud every step going up to my apartment on the third floor for many years. 1 to 10 in English to the first landing, then in Khmer, 1 to 10 , to the first floor . Repeat for second floor and third floor. Total 60 steps. If its hard work doing something make sure you or someone benefits from it. In this case, exercise for me, education for the baby.
