Fully Ready Flat in Heart of Bar Action

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

Lived happily on the third floor in central PP.
My life was so good I never bothered counting the stairs.

Try this:

Riverside: Genuine one bedroom, elevator, modern fittings, swimming pool, gym, etc etc. No loud bars opposite and beneath you.

$350 a month

I think that's not very nice, no character, just another cookie-cutter flat you could find anywhere in the world. Would much prefer the one in OP's post. However, I'd still go with this one because OP's is overpriced...

That's kind of edgy. However I'm getting on and don't want to fear for my life every time I go downstairs.

Yeah, at the very least those stairs should knock the price down a bit.

I counted out loud every step going up to my apartment on the third floor for many years. 1 to 10 in English to the first landing, then in Khmer, 1 to 10 , to the first floor . Repeat for second floor and third floor. Total 60 steps. Each time carrying a baby girl who surprise, surprise, could count to ten by the time she went to school at the age of 4 years.

If its hard work doing something make sure you or someone benefits from it. In this case, exercise for me, education for the baby.

I have photo evidence to prove it too.. 8-)
