Hello everyone, I am owner of The Artist Residence which location in the best Area in Phnom Penh, As covid, i design to rent it monthly with full service as below:

_ Balcony
_ Wifi access
_ 2 time cleaning service
_ 24 hour security
_ Cable TV
_ Full set Kitchenette
_ Washing Machine
_ Free water supply
_ Garbage collect
_ Exclude Electric =0,25c/kwh

We are on main street 178 almost opposide National Museum.

Price are base on type of room. Price start from 300$/month including cleaning, garbage collect and security. We are available to check every day 24hrs with our staff. :)

Yep,,, just sort out this visa on arrival / airline tickets / covid virus test and all the other shit , so I can arrive at the end of this month and I will take one of the other rooms.
