Yes. Single White Female seeking a split level house or a very big apartment for One person plus a separate room for an
office or something with a LOT OF LIGHT. :o

Air con, security is important and the hood should be good, or better than good. ;-)

What can I expect to pay and where ? :whip:

No stairs to walk up to flat- lift required or a small house for 1 to 2 people that has some form of security.

There is a charming artists corner behind Heart of Darkness, just off upmarket st 51, which would suit you down to the ground.

there are a lot of serviced apartments that are pretty nice in the $600-800 range

Hardword.
Is there carpet in Cambodia ? I would think the heat and humidity would cause it to mold.

Hardwood or granite. I know a lot of places have granite flooring too. Keep the place cooler.
