Is there carpet in Cambodia ? I would think the heat and humidity would cause it to mold.
Hardwood or granite. I know a lot of places have granite flooring too. Keep the place cooler.

Granite? I thought most were marble. Granite would be expensive, no?

marble more
Marble is a very hard stone and is slightly more expensive. Granite is lighter and a bit less expensive. A really posh place would probably have marble but totally

I have used both of these services. they do tend to run a wee bit more for
'rents' and such but the web sites are decent for doing a bit of review to see
what's out there, locations and some costs for different types of conveniences.
some references at any rate. I also liked the customer service at both.
