If I was to rent at that kind of price I would rent in Thailand, where the outside amenities would be better value for your $ But alas nice apartment, but I could nether afford it too.

nicely designed for a narrow house that is, think the owner know what short coming the house has and tries to overcome it by designing the layout better, good effort though
