If those proprties were in a resort town by the sea they would at least be double. I keep checking as I am contemplating moving to Spain.

Take it from me you don't want to be on a beach resort there in Summer,much nicer to have a nice pool in the mountains and friendly mountain villages?
I promise you after a year or two in the beach resort you would be paying double for a peaceful retreat with not a Full English Breakfast in sight!
