Beautiful Apartment for Rent Central Phnom Penh

Post by Naveen Saru »

Dear all,

I have a 2 bedroom about 1050sf apartment for rent in central Phnom Penh. It is about 5 mins walking distance from Phnom Penh's central market, Lucky Supermarket and many good restaurants around.

It is a fully furnished apartment with two bathrooms, living + kithcen attached with dining area. It has a beautiful balcony and view over the street 63 and landscape view of city. Facing riverside. Located on 8th floor. Newly built building. Simple yet modern. state-of-the-art infinity pool, gym, sauna, steam room available. It's a luxurious living. 24hr security.

Net Asking price $1800.00

Overlooking St 63? I'd ask for a $900 deduction. That's only 95 sq metres. I know a 300 sq metre half-floor condo unit in Bangkok for less than that 62,000 baht/mo.

Really? I thought at price you must be selling it.

I'm sorry we cannot deduct that much but we can negotiate and it depends on how long is for renting. Also, 24hr security and infinity pool, gym, sauna and common area maintenance fees r included.

for any further questions, please let us know.

Thanks

Let's be honest here - that's not expensive, that's ridiculous.

For the similar price, we have already rented others out. It is highly secured, well furnished, centrally located, great common areas!
Anyway thank you for your thought.
