Two-bedrooms unit ($600/ month) and one bed-room unit ($550/month) are available for rent.
The address is #36, street 302, BKK1, khan chamcamon (close by to Monivong BLVD)
Fully-furnished , The internet fee , garbage collector fee and cable tv are included in the basic rental
Water and electricity bills are not included which are :
-water $0.30 /km3
-electricity $0.30 /kw

Sorry , didn't mean to post cluelessly but thought mine wasn't being posted yet.
Thanks for understanding and also I owned this place so it would be much easier for guests that would prefer to be directly contact rather than through the agents.
