Apartment in Chaktomuk, near Norodom

Post by armchairlawyer »

I am moving out of this apartment after 5 years. The reason is the construction of a condo block nearby that is damn noisy and I also feel like a change of scenery. In case anyone is OK with that kind of noise or who believes it will ameliorate once the groundworks are over, the apartment is otherwise good. It is spacious. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony. Aircon in the bedrooms. Decent walk up. On the top floor, 49 steps up. I pay $300 per month but electric is 1200 riel. I use the aircon in moderation and I typically pay $40 per month for electric. Place to park a moto. Nice landlady. I've never had a jao problem there. Available 1 May.
I don't want to post any more details publicly, I'm not earning on this. PM me if interested.
