$900! Immaculate 4bed 5bath twin home by Aeon 3

Hi,

I am just now giving up an amazing four bedroom five bathroom house in a gated community of million dollar houses, Chipmong 60m. It’s 10 minutes walk to Aeon 3 mall.

My immaculate 3 year old twin home at Street L5, House 5 is available at the price that I paid of $900 per month.

Having lived in many areas in Phom Penh since 2017, this home is heads and tails above the rest, both in price, privacy, safety, and access to sevices.

Yeah, and you are so excited about giving it up, that you make 3 posts about it...
Driving on Cambodian roads is just like playing a classic arcade top scroller. The only difference is a force feedback controller, the limitation to only one life and the inability to restart, once Game Over

10 minutes walk to Aeon 3 might mean a long way from anything else.

personally for me, cant imagine a worse place to live than one of PP new satellite cities

It does, it means it's down the far end of HS boulevard with nothing much except back-filled lakes and a few remaining wetlands nearby. You could always hit Tropic Park, that's quite an amazing place.
