Will be going in March to Cambodia looking for work

This is our job board for expats. Until ZipRecruiter and Indeed make their way to the Kingdom of Wonder, this is the best place to look for employment in Cambodia, whether you're looking to teach English, manage a 5-star hotel, volunteer, or even work for some of the big NGOs. Even digital nomads who move to Cambodia sometimes need a side gig as a TEFL instructor from time to time. Most professional expatriate jobs are in Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap and Kampot are emerging as attractive alternatives. If you're an employer or hiring manager, you're also welcome to post your job listing here for free.

I worked with a few Irish teachers over the years.

" I taught he sayed this . . ."

In English we'd say " I thought he said this . . . "

Nothing against the Irish, but maybe the OP could work online with his IT skills.

Well yes we can be difficult to understand but that's only if we talk normal pace which is usually quite fast and contains a lot of slang,
So that's why it is difficult , iv been to America, South korea,Norway,Portugal and they can understand me fine,When i just talk a bit slower and Don't use my slang we can actually talk a bit posh when we need too .lol

I say this

I thought he said this
"Not I taught he sayed this" who even says that haha

It could be up north tho!
it's nice to be nice!

Does a TEFL/TESOL certificate change much if you dint have a degree? My story is pretty much the same but I got a certificate- so is teaching a realistic option or no?
