thought go go dancing was illegal in Cambodia? perhaps they should look in Soi Cowboy

It is, however there are a few places these days which encourage dancing on the bars and one bar on 136 (cant remember which one) actually has poles and stages installed, albeit small stages.

i recall cheerleaders, off 136 (way back) tried gogo dancers, owner busted and went to jail

Yeah I remember that.

There have been a few that have tried and failed, which is why I am surprised the one on 136 has been able to remain operational for so long. It has had this set up for a least a year, if not long.

Could be Candy bar, i popped in there the other night, albeit it was early hours so i could be wrong but for some reason im sure i saw something like that

Airforce bar on 104 have installed several dancing poles on which the girls bump n' grind on wearing next to nothing each night. There is also a group of 4 extremely attractive & fit girls who perform (barely) clothed go go style dancing at a few hostess bars each night and are available to hire for parties/events.

It has always been said that this style of entertainment is illegal, however I have not been able to find anything in the laws of Cambodia to clarify this.
