I’m assuming, which I probably shouldn’t be, is that those 5 9-hour days is actually 8 hours work and a 1-hour lunch. The average work-hours month is right at 174 hours.

The commissions are ongoing on a monthly, rate, not a one off comission due to the nature of the product for which commission is received the $200 Is base salary, once commisions are acquired the staff member will be receiving over $400/$500/$600 + per month,.it's down to the persons commitment and productivity, I.E what they put in is what they get out.

There are also benefits of meals provided, travel. Allowance and acccomadation if required, this would all be explained to anyone interested as the the entire operation would be explained to them.

The minimum wage is only applicable to the TGF sector. Prakas have not announced minimum wage for other sectors :

"Under Prakas No. 264/21 dated 28 September 2021 issued by the MLVT, workers employed in the textile, garment and footwear manufacturing (TGF) sectors are entitled to a minimum wage of USD192 per month for probationary workers and USD194 per month for regular workers, effective from 1 January 2022.
Workers who receive wages based on the quantity of the products they produce (pieceworkers) are entitled to wages based on the results they achieve. If the work produced exceeds the minimum wage, the worker must receive an additional amount. If the work produced is lower than the minimum wage, the employer must top up the employee's wage so that 'it meets the minimum threshold.
Workers in the TGF sectors are also entitled to other mandatory benefits specific to these sectors only, such as attendance bonuses, seniority bonuses, travel and accommodation allowances, and overtime meal allowances.

2018 =$170 is the unofficial /official minimum wage.
For sectors other than TGF

Take no notice. You’ll always get miserable bastards virtue signaling that they give a toss. They’ve done nothing to enhance any locals apart from give them their 50c for a beer.

I know lots of waitresses and skilled workers on $150pm and less without any perks.
