my name is Senne Heyvaert and i'm looking for a job in Phnom Penh.
I speak english, dutch and a little french.
I don't have a lot of experience working but i am eager to learn new things.

I can't offer you a job but if you're desperate, do what most expats do and get a job teaching English. You seem to be able to string a coherent sentence together, which more than qualifies you for the majority of schools here.
Get a professional looking CV together (with a cover photo) and spend a few days walking around the private schools and institutions. You could email them but your best bet is to go around handing your CV in manually.
