"We are in search of a Cambodian English speaking Manager (fluently in writing and speaking) for the new initiatives at KONG Bar & Guesthouse, development and sustainability based on trust and transparency.

Reception and Admin, QA Rooms & Bungalow (mini bar), Kong Garden & Lounge Services, Events, Bookings for Guests (Transport, Ferries, Tours), Marketing & Branding, Hotel Bookings (internet), ability to understand and follow a strategy, business plan and budgets, Inventory Control & Planning, Statistic and monthly reporting.

Computer skills required, office 2010 (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Cambodian book keeping system.

Working hours morning 07:00 to 11:00 a.m. and afternoon / evening 03:00 to 09:00 p.m.

• For the right person the salary can be very good based on salary plus bonus from activities.

Might sounds like a very innovative position, and most will give it a laugh and say this can never ever be achieved by Cambodians.
