Advice on the best place to recruit in Phnom Penh

This is our job board for expats. Until ZipRecruiter and Indeed make their way to the Kingdom of Wonder, this is the best place to look for employment in Cambodia, whether you're looking to teach English, manage a 5-star hotel, volunteer, or even work for some of the big NGOs. Even digital nomads who move to Cambodia sometimes need a side gig as a TEFL instructor from time to time. Most professional expatriate jobs are in Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap and Kampot are emerging as attractive alternatives. If you're an employer or hiring manager, you're also welcome to post your job listing here for free.

Advice on the best place to recruit in Phnom Penh

Post by Barry.Murphy »

Hi everyone. I'm working for a company that is looking to expand into Phnom Penh and was wondering if anyone had any advice on the best places to advertise locally. We are looking for English speaking business managers so any advice would be greatly appreciated. We've advertised on Linkedin and Monster.com but haven't had much luck attracting the right applicants.

Have you tried http://WWW.bongthom.com ?

Barry
Try Kevin and Sopheak at Top Recruitment Ltd http://www.top-recruitment.com/

For what its worth, I can vouch for them as I've used them many times over the years and they've always got me good people in many different positions.

Good luck

You could advertise here, or at least post a link, maybe?

Are you looking to employ business managers, or recruit franchisees?

Lol! No wonder he didn't post a link here like he did on 440! The obviously photoshopped office building on his website is hilarious. Another telesales/herbalife get rich pyramid scheme? Oh well. I guess there's one born every minute.
I am sooooo very sorry if you can't understand or appreciate my sarcastic facetiousness.

I have come across more pyramids in cambodia than a holiday in Egypt.
Somebody should sign up quick, they will be rich beyond belief in 3 months. The number of young khmer who get seduced by these things and put all there effort into these schemes for negligible return is disturbing.
I had one chick selling and recruiting for Unicity stuff who told me it could cure cancer. I honestly think she genuinely believed what she was being told by her masters.
