They got to up their marketing game, they are usually empty. Expanding their menu beyond crepes would help too, it's not like the French community is breaking down the doors to support the place.

I've noticed new coffee carts springing up all over the place.
Not tried any though, I like to sit and read the paper in a place with A/C while I drink my coffee.
