We’ve had the pizza cake and even the Kit Kat pizza, but now dear reader we bring you the French fry pizza.

The brainchild of New York-based food writer Clifford Endo (who goes by the name Foodinese), the French fry pizza is a kerazy culinary combination of *drum roll please* French fries and pizza. It’s kinda all in the name really.

But we know what you’re thinking, how exactly does it work?

Well it’s funny you should ask that, as Foodinese has kindly agreed to share his original French fry pizza recipe with us, so all is revealed below.

And for anyone out there who’s worried about the health implications of this fast food fusion, Foodinese would like to bring your attention to the fact that by replacing the traditional dough base with a bed of chips (glued together by cheese. We die!) you are transforming Italy’s signature dish into a gluten free delight. Eat that food police.....
